I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Deme and Dr. Arnao. They are the absolute best. My daughter needed braces, and unfortunately it was not straight forward . Her teeth were in bad shape and multiple issues were going on. Dr. Deme kept us informed about the whole process, the need for expanders and then extractions. He made sure to go with an approach that would give her the best, long lasting results as possible. I knew he was passionate about doing things the right way and not taking any short cuts. I knew we were in great hands and Dr. Deme and Dr.A made sure we were comfortable with each and every step . My daughter can be anxious at times and they always put her at ease. Everyone at the office is so friendly and amazing. My daughter just got her bottom braces off today and the transformation is incredible. We still have a couple more months with the top ones on and we can’t wait to see the end results!! My daughter said today that she is going to miss seeing them when her braces are off and we no longer have to go to appointments every 4-6weeks.

We had a very good experience with them. They were very efficient and thorough. Also, Mary makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of - she’s a gem. And our child’s teeth look great!

OMG Dr. Deme! You have me in these streets smiling from ear to ear!! I just finished my treatment and when I say the results speak for themself. Dr Deme also did my daughter’s braces when she was in high school so I already knew he did great work. At almost 50, I am proof that it’s never too late! 😁. Thank you, Dr Deme. You and your team do amazing work!!

I had orthodontic treatment in my teens and since then, my teeth and bite shifted and I wasn’t happy with my smile anymore. Dr. Deme was able to come up with a treatment plan to correct the problems with aligners. I just got the buttons off my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I only wish I had pursued treatment here earlier. Dr. Deme and the office staff are friendly, kind, and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the entire process. Highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs!

We have been extremely happy with the Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group. Everyone there is always very friendly. They always fit us in if there wa an issue. Like a loose wire, the expander broke, or lost the retainer. We also never had to wait long to be seen. The appointments ran in a timely manner. And the results were a beautiful smile.
